This Privacy Policy informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data within our mobile apps and games as well as the associated websites (ap-development.de, gaming-club.de, dycit.de).

2. Use of Our Apps & Games & No Account Registration

The use of our mobile apps and games is generally possible without any registration or creation of a user account. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address) through our apps at any time.

All data generated within the apps (such as game progress, workout stats, high scores, personal profile preferences, and achievements) is stored exclusively locally on your device. At no point is this data transmitted to APDev servers.

If you make optional in-app purchases or download apps via an app store, all payment and transaction processing is handled directly by the respective platform operator (Google Play Store operated by Google Ireland Ltd. or Apple App Store operated by Apple Inc.). APDev does not receive any payment or billing information from the store operators.

3. Data Retention Policy

APDev does not store or retain any personal user data on its own servers.

The following retention principles apply:

Local App Data: All game data, workout stats, and setting data remains strictly stored locally on your device. It remains there for as long as the respective app is installed on your device or until you manually clear the data or uninstall the app.

Diagnostic Data / Crash Reports (Firebase): The anonymized telemetry and crash error data collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics is retained by Google in accordance with Firebase standard retention schedules (typically 90 to a maximum of 180 days for crash logs) and is automatically deleted thereafter.

Advertising Data (Google AdMob): Data processed by Google AdMob is retained in accordance with Google's privacy policies. Google typically anonymizes or deletes log data in regular cycles (e.g., partial IP anonymization after 9 months and advertising identifier removal after 18 months).

Support Inquiries: If you contact us via email (e.g., for technical support or feedback), your email address and message contents are used solely to process and respond to your inquiry and are deleted once the matter is resolved, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

4. Data Deletion Procedure / Requesting Deletion

Since APDev does not collect or store personal user data or user accounts on its servers, there is no server-side procedure for requesting data or account deletion.

You have full and independent control over your data at all times:

Deleting Local App Data: You can completely and permanently delete all data stored in our apps at any time by uninstalling the respective app from your mobile device or by clearing the app storage/data in your device settings under Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Storage.

Resetting or Managing Advertising ID: You can manage, reset, or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your smartphone's operating system settings (on Android: Settings > Google > Ads / Ads Privacy; on iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

Inquiries Regarding Support Correspondence: If you have contacted us via email in the past and wish to request the deletion of that correspondence, you may contact us informally at any time via email at kontakt@gaming-club.de. We will then promptly delete the corresponding emails.

5. Analytics & Crash Reporting (Google Firebase Crashlytics)

To ensure app stability and continuous improvement, we use Google Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; for the European region: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

In the event of an app crash or error, anonymized diagnostic data is transmitted to Google. This includes device information (such as device model, OS version), time of the crash, app state at the time of the error, and a randomly generated app instance ID. This data does not allow us to identify you personally. We use Firebase without cross-device user tracking (User-ID).

Data transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, please refer to the Firebase Privacy Information and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Website Visitors & Cookies

When accessing our websites (ap-development.de, gaming-club.de, dycit.de), technical information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded by the web server (server log files). This includes browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device (IP address), and date/time of the server request. This data cannot be attributed to specific persons and serves exclusively to maintain the secure and trouble-free operation of the website.

Our websites use technically necessary cookies/mechanisms solely to provide core functionality (e.g., language selection). No third-party advertisements are displayed on our websites. No cookies are used within our mobile apps.

7. In-App Advertising (Google AdMob)

To finance and provide our ad-supported apps for free, we use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; for users in the European Economic Area: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Through Google AdMob, advertisements are integrated and displayed in the apps. Google and its advertising partners may process pseudonymous device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID on Android or IDFA on iOS), IP addresses, device data (e.g., device model, operating system, language settings), and data regarding your interaction with ads (e.g., ad views, clicks).

Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: Depending on the choices you make in the consent banner upon launching the app, AdMob displays either personalized (interest-based) or non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads do not use user profiling; however, technical identifiers are still processed for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting.

Legal Basis: The display of personalized ads and access to device advertising identifiers is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw or modify your consent at any time via the in-app settings or your device operating system settings.

8. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy occasionally to ensure it complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes in our apps and services. The latest version is always accessible via the websites and within our apps.
